| Shijiazhuang Jinshi Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (“Jinshi Company” for short) is a large-scale chemical fertilizer company founded on September 6th, 2004. It is a subsidiary of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group Co., Ltd. (“the Group” for short), with registered capital of 302,857,100 yuan of which 76.89 percent belongs to the Group. In January 2007 Jinshi Company jointly stocked with Hebei Jinyuan Chemical Shares Co., Ltd. and owns 35 percent of its equity and 51 percent of its voting right. |

Its leading products are urea, crystal ammonium nitrate, granulated ammonium nitrate, calcined soda, ammonium chloride, aquafortis, carbinol, ammonium bicarbonate, compound fertilizer, glycine, ordinary superphosphate, ammonium phosphate fertilizer (diammonium phosphate, monoammonium phosphate), etc. Jinshi Company has passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification and its products are sold worldwide.
Since its inception, Jinshi Company has been following the development strategy of “People-oriented, Technology-based,” and has made remarkable achievements. To meet the general planning requirements of Shijiazhuang City and Hebei Province, Jinshi Company invested in the circular economy chemical industry demonstration base to construct a two-phase project with annual output of 60,000-ton hydrogen and 300,000-ton synthetic ammonia. The project is one of the second batch key supporting projects of Hebei Province and in phase with another provincial key project, oil refining and capacity expansion revamping project of Shijiazhuang Refining-chemical Co., Ltd. It is expected that the annual sales income of Jinshi Company will reach 5 billion yuan at the end of 2010 and Jinshi Company will be a backbone enterprise in the local chemical fertilizer industry. |
